Returns and Exchanges:

All claims regarding quality of wood must be made within 10 days on receiving shipment of wood. All claims or returns must be approved by Allied Lutherie before shipment is returned and or credited back. Wood must not be altered from original form from initial purchase. 

 

A Word About Dimensions

We try to give you larger than advertised dimensions. However, sometimes we have a beautiful piece of wood that may not meet the dimensions, but does fit the plantilla, or pattern. Since our templates are sized to the perimeter of the guitar they include the added dimensions of binding, purfing and backstrips. It is often the case that better wood is available in smaller sizes, so if you can use smaller dimensions, it's usually to your advantage. Also, note with almost every dimension given we should add "about."
